Tempura Frog Legs
A light, crisp batter works well with these predictably tough cuts
- smoker
- deep fryer
Tempura Batter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup soda water
- 1 dash salt and pepper
Cilantro Aioli
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
Tempura Batter
mix dry goods first
add soda water until thinner than pancake batter, but thicker than eggnog

mix all ingredients, salt and pepper to taste
